    Abstract:
    Inclusive socio-cultural practices in the field of art are an extremely effective tool for the development of inclusive culture in Russia. Such practices have a synergistic effect: in addition to their main function, they have a positive impact on the development of the moral component of the country's population, and on the acquisition of subjectivity by people with health deficits. It should be emphasized that inclusive socio-cultural design in the Russian Federation is based on certain principles that have their own characteristics. For the most correct understanding of the features of inclusive socio-cultural design, an analysis was carried out, as a result of which it was possible to establish certain relationships and conclusions presented in this study.
