- Abstract:
- This theoretical analysis is devoted to the problem of conflicts during pubertal growth stage, the object of which is adolescents during puberty (11–14 years old). At this age, the clash between the tension that goes with the formation of personality and external conflicts with various social structures, which inevitably affect the construction of the personality, character and value system of adolescents, seems to be the most pronounced. This period is interesting because it complicates relationships with parents, other adults, and peers, which are accompanied by diverse, complex, and often contradictory experiences. The desire for independence and self-reliance increases, and self-awareness develops. If adults do not take into account these age-related needs and their attitude to adolescents does not change, there is a risk of deviations in behavior and personality formation, the formation of negative character traits, and the development of inadequate self-esteem. To reveal the nature of interpersonal conflicts and specific training and education in schools with multiethnic environment in order to achieve this communicative competence of those who work in such an environment, and determine strategies for resolving conflict, allegations of conflict in various scientific sources, types of conflicts and those that are characteristic of these schools, the reasons and strategies of conflict resolution and the use of teaching materials and lessons for developing skills, positive attitudes and strategies of conflict resolution in students. But we consider the empirical material collected here and now to be the most valuable source of information, because only with the help of empirical methods we can get an objective idea of the state of this problem in modern conditions. To achieve this communicative competence of those who work in such an environment, and to identify strategies for conflict resolution, statements about conflict in various scientific sources, types of conflicts and those that are characteristic of these schools, causes and strategies for conflict resolution, and the use of educational materials and lessons to develop positive attitude skills and strategies for conflict resolution in students. But we consider the empirical material collected here and now to be the most valuable source of information, because only with the help of empirical methods can we get an objective idea of the state of this problem in modern conditions. The relevance of this problem lies in the fact that in everyday communication with children, we are increasingly faced with such a reaction as aggression. Ethnic conflicts often go unnoticed by teachers, but lead to serious consequences for the weakened child's mental health.

- Abstract:
- The relevance of the study is due to the fact that in the international year of secondary health-care workers and maieutologists, influential public organizations of the world have drawn attention to the most numerous team of medical personnel – nurses and maieutologists, because these professions are in the increasing demand. The purpose of the study is to examine the dynamics of human resources based on medical statistics. In order to achieve the goal of the study it was necessary to find a solution for the following tasks: 1) studying the opinion of WHO and international organizations on the place and role of nurses in the health care system; 2) analyzing health-care workers’ potential in the Republic of Belarus and determining the causes and factors of nursing shortage; 3) suggesting ways to transform nursing education based on existing trends. In the course of the research, the following methods were applied: analytical, mathematical statistics, system analysis methodology, social and hygienic. The author comes to the conclusion that the population's attention to the activities of the health system is directly related to the availability of human resources of the state that provide medical care. It is also noted that international organizations play a significant role in raising the prestige of the activities of secondary medical workers in the world.

- Abstract:
- The issue of abilities is important in solving the problem of the job analysis and career guidance in psychology. Therefore, it is actual to determine the level of knowledge of this problem worldwide and its effective use in psychological activity. To solve this problem, the world scientific literature and information resources of the Internet were studied by the method of literary analysis. As a result, it was noted that in the field of psychology of the CIS countries, there are two types of abilities, namely general and special abilities. In the United States, the Taxonomy of Human Abilities was developed by E.A. Fleishman, which includes 52 types of abilities in four classes: cognitive, psychomotor, physical, and sensory. There is a clear definition of each ability, and currently in Uzbekistan, psychometric tests diagnosing 14 types of cognitive abilities have been adapted and standardized.

- Abstract:
- The article is devoted to the study of the characteristics of oncology patients’ psychoemotional status. This topic is relevant, since the number of detected cases of cancer is growing annually in Russia and around the world, the annual mortality from which in Russia alone is more than 160,000 people per year. It is outlined that the treatment of oncology patients is a complex and long process involving a wide variety of medical specialties. It is emphasized that the therapy for any malignant tumor is discussed and agreed upon by a special council, which usually includes a surgeon, oncologist, radiologist, chemotherapist, immunologist. However, many researchers acknowledge that often patients also need the help of a psychologist as a positive attitude can significantly help in the fight against a formidable disease. The study of psychoemotional aspects of oncology patients has already been carried out earlier. However, in 2020, the world is faced with a new threat – a new coronavirus infection, as a result of which the entire way of providing medical care has changed. The authors pay special attention to the fact that due to quarantine measures, even cancer centers were closed on a periodic basis, leaving, temporarily, patients in need without qualified assistance. It is the fact that determines the purpose of the work – the analysis of various aspects of oncology patients’ psychoemotional status. The objects of the study were 300 oncology patients, men and women, who were divided into 3 groups of 100 people, depending on their age: 18–40, 41–60, 60+. Then there was a further division into subgroups, depending on whether the oncology was newly diagnosed. The authors believe that the study is interesting since it was carried out in 2 stages – before the period of coronavirus infection and with its spread. The levels of situational and personal anxiety in patients were determined, various depressive states were identified, and patients’ main fears were indicated. The authors come to the conclusion that during a period of unfavorable epidemiological situation, the psychoemotional state of the patients worsened: the level of anxiety increased, various depressive states developed, and patients’ fears changed. The data obtained are of certain interest, both for practicing oncologists and psychologists, and for health professionals.

- Abstract:
- This paper examines various aspects of distance learning (DL) for medical students in the spring semester of 2020. Provides general data on the peculiarities of the educational process of medical students, as well as on the experience of introducing an electronic educational environment – «moodle» into it. This environment is constantly being improved and modified. Over the years of use, it has become a kind of assistant for university teachers, complementing the educational process: allowing students to gain knowledge of the subject, remotely monitor the material they have passed, make an appointment for a consultation with a teacher, etc. A real «test» for «moodle» was the transition of students to preschool education, due to the unfavorable epidemiological situation caused by the new coronavirus infection. The aim of the work was an attempt to study some aspects of DL in this new and difficult period for the university. The objects of research were 200 students of VSMU named after N.N. Burdenko: 100 students of the 2nd year of dental and 100 students of the 3rd year of medical faculties, who were divided into 2 subgroups, depending on gender. The study was based on a questionnaire survey of students on a number of aspects of DL. The online activity of students was studied, followed by an assessment of their progress; determined the very attitude of respondents to the moodle system and DL in general; identified the main negative points (according to students) associated with this form of education. Most of the respondents were, on the whole, satisfied with the educational process at the university and the introduction of the electronic educational environment into the complex learning process. However, many recognized the «moodle» as somewhat «not ready» for the full transition to DL. Also, the most frequent reasons for «absence» of classes by students were identified and the most significant negative aspects of DL were identified. Based on the results, the educational process at a number of departments of the university was corrected in a timely manner. The data obtained are of interest to employees of various departments of medical universities.
