Abstract

В статье раскрывается сущность такого понятия, как искусственный интеллект. Выявляются особенности и роль искусственного интеллекта в юриспруденции. Анализируется подход к пониманию этой темы в настоящее время. Представлена авторская позиция о проблеме искусственного интеллекта в праве.
