Abstract

В работе рассмотрены вопросы применения технологии бережливого производства кайдзен в работе отдела персонала. Проанализированы потери организации на примере ООО «ЭкоСтройРесурс». Предложены пути снижения этих потерь и рассчитаны показатели эффективности внедрения данных мероприятий.
