Abstract

Статья посвящена проблемам повышения педагогического мастерства современных педагогов-музыкантов. Одним из способов повышения мастерства авторы называют включение педагогов-музыкантов в процесс создания, освоения и внедрения инноваций в практику музыкального образования, необходимых для повышения эффективности профессионального становления будущих музыкантов-исполнителей, для осмысленной мотивации к постоянному профессиональному развитию и творческой самореализации.
