Abstract

Recently, serious changes have been taking place: a pandemic, significant geopolitical processes, and the rapid development of technologies. These changes are taking on a faster pace and are seriously reflected in the HR industry. To maintain the competitiveness of the HR industry, you need to respond very quickly to the changes that have occurred. It is important to create new trends and HR technologies as quickly as possible.
