Abstract

В условиях интенсивной глобализации и цифровизации бизнес-организации все чаще сталкиваются с различными проблемами, такими как рост затрат, сильная конкуренция, быстрое развитие технологий, все более требовательные и причудливые потребители и, в социальном плане, изменение социальных требований. Именно в этом контексте актуализируется эффективность и результативность управления хозяйственными организациями. В статье на теоретическом уровне рассматриваются следующие фундаментальные вопросы, касающиеся научной проблемы: каково место управления бизнес-процессами (BPM)? Должен ли BPM быть осью организации? Интеграция BPM в системы и инструменты управления создает предпосылки для развития эффективной и результативной организации.
