Abstract

В статье представлено рассуждение о роли современного воспитатели. Приведено краткое сравнение роли и позиции лидера и руководителя как в общепринятом значении, так и в контексте воспитателя детского сада. Автором также затрагивается влияние современного общества на роль и возможности развития воспитателя.
