Abstract

В статье рассматриваются особенности использования андрагогического подхода при организации повышения квалификации педагогов. Раскрывается значимость андрагогического подхода в контексте профессионально-личностного развития педагога. Акцентировано внимание на образование с позиции андрагогического подхода.
