Abstract

Рассматриваются проблемы формирования доступной среды жизнедеятельности для инвалидов и обеспечение возможности получения высшего образования. Предлагается создание и развитие сети ресурсных (опорных) центров на базе вузов, имеющих значительный опыт работы со студентами-инвалидами различных нозологий.
