Abstract

Актуальность исследования выражена в том, что ранее самостоятельно не рассматривались принципы семейно-медиативной процедуры, которая обладает особенностями, отличающими её от медиации в общем. Цель исследования – анализ основных начал семейной медиации и их связи с правовой базой. Особое внимание уделено анализу такого принципа семейной медиация, как принятие во внимание прав и интересов детей.
