Abstract

Проведено сравнение практики координации школьного питания в странах Европы, США и России. Долгосрочные программы, направленные на оптимизацию питания, благоприятно влияют на здоровье людей, культуру питания и качество жизни. При современном использовании витаминно-обогащенных продуктов и витаминно-минеральных комплексов у детей можно быстро и эффективно решить существующие проблемы их неполноценного, а зачастую и скудного питания.
