Abstract

В статье представлен теоретический обзор наиболее актуальных разновидностей преступлений, в совершение которых может быть вовлечен несовершеннолетний. В работе затрагиваются наиболее уязвимые области глобальной сети Интернет, где может происходить «вербовка» несовершеннолетнего для преступных целей, и пути профилактики оной.
