Abstract

This article provides an overview of the importance of modern technologies and tools in cadastral works. Key technologies such as geographic information systems, remote sensing, automated data accounting systems, 3D modeling and drones are reviewed, their benefits and challenges. Examples of successful application of new methods in cadastral activities are given. The prospects for the development of the field of cadastral work using innovative tools are discussed.
