Abstract

Статья посвящена проблеме эффективной организации наставнической работы по английскому языку для студентов колледжа. Автором определены причины и сущность применения наставничества, проанализированы основные принципы организации работы в этом направлении, представлены наиболее эффективные с точки зрения автора формы, методы и технологии, необходимые для формирования и развития личностный и профессиональных компетенций обучающихся.
