Abstract

The role of secondary vocational education is relevant in modern Russia: more and more students are enrolled in colleges, new areas of training are emerging. The training is mainly applied in nature, because more than 60 percent of the study time is occupied by practical classes, which are conducted under the guidance of experienced mentors. Coaching as a technology is focused on the individual and can provide an opportunity at an early stage to determine the direction of development and make the right choice of profession. As a result, an employer can get a highly qualified and motivated employee.
