Abstract

В статье рассматриваются основные аспекты и преимущества вложений в развитие человеческих ресурсов. Автор подчеркивает, что образование, профессиональная подготовка и здоровье населения являются критически важными компонентами для достижения устойчивого экономического роста и социальной стабильности. Статья анализирует, как инвестиции в эти сферы способствуют повышению производительности труда, инновационной активности и гибкости экономики.
