Abstract

В статье проанализированы труды в области философии, которые позволили шире понять категории «мораль», «нравственность»; достижения в области психологии, проливающие свет на феномен «климат» и «психологический климат». Особое внимание уделено вопросам изучения факторов, детерминирующих формирование и развитие нравственно-психологического климата.
