Abstract

Мультикультурное образование – это образование, которое направлено на формирование человека, способного к активной и эффективной жизнедеятельности в многонациональной и поликультурной среде. В условиях глобализации именно мультикультурное образование становится определяющим для достижения как государственных, так и личных интересов. Оно позволяет человеку комфортно чувствовать себя в многоэническом обществе, взаимодействовать с различными этносами и культурами, противостоять этнической дискриминации, уважать культуры различных народов.
