Abstract

The article describes an algorithm for selecting students to participate in project activities, which includes three key steps: creating a list of applicants, testing for knowledge of the basics of project management, and an interview to identify leadership qualities. The article emphasizes the importance of a balanced approach to the development of knowledge and practical skills, as well as the need to motivate students to successfully participate in project activities.
