Abstract

В статье авторы дают описание конкретного кейса использования авторского метода «ролевой коучинг» при работе с управленческим стилем руководителя. Предпосылками метода стали модель GROW, а также теории ролей, используемых в психодраме и театральном подходе. В статье кратко приведено описание метода ролевого коучинга и приведена модель АЗаРТ, представлены результаты работы с руководителем данным методом.
