Abstract

The study aims to identify indicators of clients' psychological readiness for career change in order to determine the applicability limits of coaching as a method of support. Methods: literature analysis, expert survey of career counselors (n=15). Results: clients' style response patterns for forced career changes, their diagnostic signs, the applicability limits of coaching format of work were revealed. Conclusions: career specialists need to take into account psychological peculiarities of the career changes situation, clients' style response patterns, mastering flexible tools for timely selection of the optimal format of their support.
