Abstract

Проблема снижения уровня активности студентов в современных высших учебных заведениях является одной из важнейших проблем современного образовательного процесса, поскольку отсутствие необходимого количества физических нагрузок негативно влияет на здоровье обучающихся. Кроме того, многие студенты не уделяют должного внимания занятиям физкультурой и считают данную образовательную дисциплину второстепенной, что приводит к ухудшению посещаемости и физических показателей студентов.
