Abstract

Постпенитенциарный надзор в Россий обладает довольно глубокой историей и формировался на протяжении нескольких исторических периодов включительно до нашего времени. Автор отмечает, что изучение истории позволяет более детально постигнуть сущность данного явления, правовые и организационные аспекты, а также способствует его совершенствованию.
