Abstract

Монография посвящена вопросу поиска оптимальной модели правового регулирования эффективных налоговых льгот в современных сложных экономических условиях. В работе рассмотрены общественные отношения, складывающиеся по поводу льгот по налогам и сборам. Книга будет интересна научным работникам, преподавателям, аспирантам и студентам высших учебных заведений, специализирующимся в области финансового, налогового и бюджетного права.
