Abstract

The article discusses advocacy in the bodies of internal Affairs, namely in Saint-Petersburg University of MIA of Russia as an important component of education of future employees. Special attention is paid to the formation of professionally significant qualities of the person through instilling the necessary skills of public speaking and oratory
