Abstract

In the work, the role of information technologies and means of communication in the development and formation of personality is revealed. The article also discusses the main directions of the use of modern ICT in the development of digital skills in elementary school students in technology lessons. Namely, the active use of the versatile capabilities of multimedia presentations: the sequence of operations, control of students' knowledge, virtual excursions to museums, laboratories, studios, independent creation of visual aids by younger students.
