Abstract

Агропромышленный комплекс является базовым сектором экономики, обеспечивающим удовлетворение потребностей населения в продовольствии. От эффективности рассмотренного в статье управления АПК непосредственно зависит обеспечение национальной безопасности государства, что обусловливает необходимость совершенствования инструментов и методов менеджмента предприятий, функционирующих в сфере производства и переработки сельскохозяйственного сырья, а также доведения пищевой продукции до конечных потребителей.
