the article examines the didactic and psychological functions of modern information technologies in the logic of providing conditions for full-fledged learning and the realization of students' personal abilities. The first group of functions reflects a range of learning opportunities (descriptive, exhibiting, imprinting, adaptive, logistic, facilitation, and other functions). The second group of functions is aimed at revealing the personal potential of students (reflexive, temporal, translimative, inclusive, motivating, influential and other functions).
