multiple sclerosis (MS) is a chronic debilitating disease of unknown etiology. The disease has a seasonal exacerbation of clinical symptoms, which are frequently described in spring and summer. However, the mechanisms of such seasonal exacerbations remain unknown. In this study, we used targeted metabolomics analysis of serum samples using LC-MC/MC to determine seasonal changes in metabolites.
