в статье рассматривается использование арт-терапии как эффективного инструмента для развития эмоционального интеллекта у подростков. Эмоциональный интеллект играет важную роль в межличностных отношениях и личностном развитии детей подросткового возраста. Именно в данном возрастном периоде происходит активное формирование идентичности. В статье исследуются методы арт-терапии, направленные на осознание и выражение эмоций, а также приведены результаты исследований, доказывающие эффективность данных методов.
