Проведен сравнительный анализ подходов к данной теме на основе трудов отечественных ученых.

The article examines the theoretical aspects of bankruptcy procedures under the current economic conditions in Russia. It defines deliberate (intentional) and fictitious bankruptcy as types of fraudulent activities in the field of bankruptcy, analyzes unlawful actions associated with deliberate and fictitious bankruptcy, and reviews the stages of investigation as a key tool for counteracting criminal bankruptcy.
