    Статья посвящена вопросу ретроспективного анализа развития института встречного иска в отечественном и зарубежном законодательстве. В работе исследуется эволюция правового регулирования встречных исков, начиная с исторических предпосылок и заканчивая современными правовыми нормами. Анализ проводится на основе сравнительного метода, позволяющего выявить сходства и различия в подходах к институту встречного иска в различных правовых системах. Особое внимание уделяется проблемам определения предмета и оснований встречного иска, его связи с основным исковым требованием, а также процессуальным аспектам предъявления и рассмотрения встречных исков. Автор выявляет тенденции развития института встречного иска, анализируют его преимущества и недостатки, а также предлагают возможные пути совершенствования законодательного регулирования в данной сфере. Результаты исследования представляют интерес для юристов, научных работников, преподавателей и студентов, занимающихся вопросами гражданского процесса и сравнительного правоведения.

    Статья посвящена возможности проведения фундаментального анализа в определении стоимости компании на основе рыночных данных. Автор проводит исследование на примере компании X5 Retail Group (далее X5) с использованием сведений об исторических мультипликаторах, сравнения с компаниями-конкурентами. На основе исторических данных определена справедливая оценка стоимости компании, выявлена недооценка стоимости относительно текущей рыночной капитализации. Данный анализ важен для оценки компании с целью принятия корректных инвестиционных решений.

    Abstract:
    The study is devoted to a comparative analysis of the results of using in different samples two different methods related to the study of students' learning motivation. The study used methods based on different approaches «Diagnostics of students' learning motivation» (Badmaeva, 2004) and «Scales of academic motivation» (Gordeeva, Sychev, Osin, 2014). In addition, students provided information about their academic performance over the past semesters. The study was conducted using an online survey in a Google form on a sample of 82 university students aged 18–29 years. Correlation analysis (according to Spearman) and factor analysis (with Varimax rotation) were used in data processing. The results of the study showed that the scales of the methods «Diagnostics of students' learning motivation» and «Scales of academic motivation» when used in different samples correlate quite closely with each other; the methods «Diagnostics of students' learning motivation» and «Scales of academic motivation», despite differences in their structure and terminology, allow us to assess the formation of students' learning motives; with the self-report on academic performance in the method «Diagnostics of students' learning motivation» correlate, first of all, the motives of the learning of the «activity spectrum», and in the method «Scales of academic motivation» – the scale of the «internal motivation» of the learning; the joint use of the methods «Diagnostics of students' learning motivation» and «Scales of academic motivation» makes it possible to obtain a more differentiated picture of the features of the motivational sphere of students.

    Abstract:
    The chapter presents the results of a comparative analysis of the publication activity of the teaching staff of the departments of the Faculty of Physical Education of Dagestan State Pedagogical University. The obtained research results are based on the scientometric database of the RSCI. According to a set of hetero-geneous scientometric indicators: the number of publications, the citation index, the Hirsch index, the impact factor and the categories of journals in the List of the Higher Attestation Commission in which articles are published, the authors have compiled ratings of departments, an integrated assessment of their publication productivity is given. The importance of research related to the publication activity of higher school teachers is emphasized: the study of the publication activity of teachers and structural units of the university allows not only to assess the current situation of the effectiveness of research activities, but also assumes its informational value in solving the tasks of improving the efficiency of planning and organization of scientific work of departments (faculties), in order to increase the competitiveness of the university.

    Abstract:
    The work is devoted to the analysis of the novel by S. King “Pet Cematary” in the original English and Russian versions in a comparative aspect. The purpose of the article is a cognitive-pragmatic characterization of texts based on lexical units. The authors of the study solve the following tasks: a comparative analysis of the linguistic features of the texts of the work, the presentation of the most striking examples from a linguocultural point of view, the semantic interpretation of lexical units. The novelty of the study lies in the attempt to analyze the text of the novel in two languages in a comparative way (the authors of the article chose two versions of the translation into Russian, made by I. A. Bagrov and T. Yu. Pokidaeva). The data obtained during the study of texts reflect the culture and lexicon of the contemporaries of the authors of the translation, which is important for modern scientific research in the field of studying vocabulary, both from the structural and content sides. In the process of reviewing the material, the methods of continuous sampling, classification and interpretation were used. The analysis carried out helped to reveal the specifics of the perception of information in different periods of time. The lack of accuracy in the transfer of lexical units in translated works determines the need for further research in this direction.

    The chapter examines the category of verbs with reflexive meaning, draws analogies with similar verbs in some foreign languages, raises the problem of using an intermediary language when presenting grammatical material to foreign students, provides a comparative characteristic of verbal units with reflexive meaning in English and Russian, justifies the expediency of teaching foreign English-speaking students reflexive verbs of the Russian language on the basis of comparative analysis. As a result of the study, the authors conclude that the systematic analysis of didactic materials, submitted on the basis of comparison and comparison of reflexive verbal units with their correspondences or analogues in other languages, helps to create the necessary algorithms for task complexes aimed at teaching foreigners grammar of Russian as a foreign language not only in the classroom under the guidance of a teacher, but also with online learning on various educational platforms, both in remote mode and in the mode of independent work.

    Корректировка современных программно-нормативных документов для общеобразовательных школ включает требования о сохранении надлежащего уровня физического развития школьников. В связи с этим возникает необходимость сравнительного анализа физической подготовленности городских и сельских школьников. Сравнительный анализ эмпирических данных физической подготовленности городских и сельских школьников показал, что при организации учебного процесса следует учитывать тип местности, уделяя внимание различным физическим качествам. Результаты исследования могут быть применены в практической деятельности учителей физической культуры как в сельской, так и в городской местности.

С помощью математических моделей было произведено сравнение количественных показателей при применении различных подходов и сделаны выводы о целесообразности использования гибридного подхода. При этом было доказано, что для достижения наибольшей эффективности подразумевается осуществление каскадной методологии (WaterFall) с применением итеративного (Agile) подхода на определенных стадиях проекта.
