Comprehensive training of young swimmers aged 12-14 years for competitions in the system of additional education
Annotation
The article presents the results of a study on the implementation of an author's complex for the preparation of swimmers aged 12-14 years for competitions. The complex was developed on the basis of the age physiology of the students, also taking into account morphofunctional features. The effectiveness of the applied complex is evidenced by the results of passing the standards.
