the article deals with the problem of emotional burnout of teachers of preschool educational institutions (pre-school) of a combined type working with children with special educational needs. Modern research in the field of labor psychology, pedagogy and stress management is analyzed, and the need for a differentiated approach to the prevention of professional burnout is substantiated. A model of differentiated prevention is proposed, taking into account the individual and professional characteristics of educators.
