статья посвящена анализу практики охраны историко-культурного наследия на основании действующего законодательства, в том числе в процессе взаимодействия органов государственной власти, общественности и вузов. Используемые методы сравнительного и социологического анализа позволили выявить основные проблемы в сфере исследования, охраны и популяризации объектов историко-культурного наследия. Основной акцент сделан на практике внедрения специальных дисциплин и образовательных программ в организациях образования.
