Mentoring in the team: how to involve teachers in effective education of parents

The article examines the mentoring model within the kindergarten teaching staff as a key mechanism for improving the quality of interaction with the families of pupils. An integrated system of work is presented, combining proven and new, non-standard forms. It is aimed at unlocking the professional potential of each teacher, ensuring continuity of approaches and creating a single, trusting space "Kindergarten – Family".
