Training as a tool for developing conflict-free interaction of senior teenagers: diagnostic aspect
Annotation
The article is devoted to the study of the effectiveness of training as a way of developing conflict-free behavior in senior teenagers. The article presents the results of an empirical study conducted on the basis of MBOU Gymnasium No. 79 in Ulyanovsk, which included diagnostics of the level of conflict, aggressiveness and adaptability, as well as the testing of the author's training program "Conflict changing for conflict-free interaction". The effectiveness of the program has been proven, as evidenced by significant positive changes in the experimental group compared to the control group.
