Annotation
This article presents the results of an empirical study aimed at identifying the competitiveness profiles of young employees. Using a sample of 102 respondents (aged 18–35, working in consulting services), the author's Professional Competitiveness Questionnaire (PCQ) and cluster analysis (k-means) identified three consistent profiles: high (46.1% of the sample), situational (34.3%), and low (19.6%).
