The article is devoted to the criminological analysis of the hooligan’s personality. It examines the socio‑demographic, moral‑psychological, and criminal‑legal characteristics of this category of offenders. Particular attention is paid to distinguishing between the motive and the goal of hooligan actions; the nature of “hooligan impulses” is analysed as a specific motivational complex.
