This article addresses improving the efficiency and objectivity of nominating university staff for awards amid HR digitalization. It highlights issues with fragmented data, manual processes, award sequencing, quotas, and restrictions. Existing HRIS solutions lack support for universities’ specific award policies. The paper proposes a specialized information system with centralized employee and award tracking, automated verification, quota management, and reporting.
