Provocative behavior of road users and professional actions of traffic police officers in response to them
Annotation
This article examines the professional actions of traffic police officers in the case of provocative behavior of a driver as a road user. The article analyzes the legislation of the Russian Federation in order to identify the algorithm of interaction between these subjects of legal relations. Measures to improve the professional training of traffic police inspectors in Russia are proposed.
