- Abstract:
- The article analyzes Russia's transition to inclusive education (61% of children with disabilities attend regular schools and combined kindergartens). The authors pay special attention to the training of preschool teachers. They highlight both the positive effects of children's combined attendance in kindergartens and the barriers, such as teachers' fear, parents' concealment of diagnoses, and children's isolation. The article proposes methods to overcome these challenges through staff training, family support, and play-based tolerance training.

- Abstract:
- The article deals with the problem of emotional burnout of teachers of preschool educational institutions (pre-school) of a combined type working with children with special educational needs. Modern research in the field of labor psychology, pedagogy and stress management is analyzed, and the need for a differentiated approach to the prevention of professional burnout is substantiated. A model of differentiated prevention is proposed, taking into account the individual and professional characteristics of educators.
