Представлены результаты экспериментального исследования, подтверждающие эффективность обучающих тренингов, даны практические рекомендации для организаций дополнительного образования. Особое внимание уделено методам формирования ключевых профессиональных навыков и их влиянию на успешность трудоустройства.

    The article discusses the specifics of the organization and conduct of educational trainings in the system of additional education. The objectives, methods and forms of trainings are analyzed, as well as their role in the development of personal and professional competencies of students. Special attention is paid to the adaptation of trainings to the age and individual characteristics of participants, as well as the integration of interactive technologies.
