    Внедрение искусственного интеллекта (ИИ) в коучинг и наставничество открывает новые возможности для персонализированного обучения и профессионального развития сотрудников. В статье рассматриваются основные AI-инструменты, применяемые в корпоративном наставничестве, включая чат-ботов, виртуальных ассистентов, анализ данных для персонализации обучения и VR/AR-решения. Проведен анализ преимуществ и ограничений применения ИИ в коучинге, а также рассмотрены подтвержденные кейсы использования AI-технологий в образовательных и корпоративных программах. В заключение предложены перспективы развития AI-коучинга, включая гибридные модели взаимодействия, углубленную персонализацию обучения и нормативное регулирование использования ИИ в сфере HR.

    Abstract:
    This article is devoted to the linguistic-cultural analysis of the background word "Brot" in comparison with its Russian conceptual equivalent хлеб in order to identify common and nationally specific differences due to the presence of cultural components on the semantic periphery of both lexemes. The lexical background of the word "Brot" is presented in the form of a lexico-phraseological field, which includes culturally marked lexical units combining both linguistic and non-linguistic content, which allowed us to interpret the background uniqueness of the lexeme in a culturally meaningful way. The relevance of the research is conditioned by the necessity of further study of the background lexicon taking into account the complex character of its non-conceptual part of meaning, possessing implicit denotative and connotative national originality, the elimination of which can have a negative impact on the act of intercultural communication. In the course of the study, we also used the methods of descriptive, comparative and component analysis, the method of critical analysis of the dictionary and dictionary definitions, which allowed us to conclude that the paradigmatic and syntagmatic relations of the word "Brot" are highly culturally unique, and revealed quantitative and qualitative differences in thematically related secondary nominations. The main material of the study is represented by culturally marked lexical units of the mentioned topics, identified by means of a continuous sampling from German explanatory, encyclopedic, phraseological and linguistic-cultural dictionaries, as well as German-Russian dictionaries.

  • Modern approaches to psychological and pedagogical support in the educational environment: individualization, digitalization and prevention of emotional burnout

    Abstract:
    The article studies the actual aspects of improving the system of psychological and pedagogical support in modern educational institutions, where the growth of anxiety, stress and professional burnout is one of the key problems. The main objective of the study is to develop a scientifically grounded model of support, taking into account both the individual characteristics of the participants of the educational process and the potential of modern technologies to improve the effectiveness of the educational environment. To achieve the set goals, the methods of metaprogram analysis, standard diagnostic tools (Spielberger-Hanin scale to assess anxiety and Maslach-Jackson questionnaire to analyze professional burnout) were applied, and digital platforms of psychological support were integrated. The study covered more than 500 participants of the educational process from municipal schools of Yekaterinburg. The key results demonstrate a significant reduction in students' anxiety level by 15% and an increase in their academic performance by 12% (p < 0.01), which confirms the high effectiveness of personalized educational routes based on metaprogram analysis. The obtained data are of high practical significance and can be used to create a universal model of support adapted to the modern conditions of educational institutions.

Поэтому контроль содержания хлоридов в питьевой воде и пищевых продуктах необходим для обеспечения безопасности. Для определения содержания хлоридов применяются различные аналитические методы, от простых качественных реакций до точных количественных методов титрования.

    The main source of income for any person is wages. It also helps to control the measure of labor and consumption. Therefore, wages can be considered as an economic lever for managing the economy of an enterprise. Wages act as a central factor that has a direct impact on the productivity of employees. This is the incentive for which a person works in a company. Today, the state pays special attention to the development of multiple regulations that regulate the payment of salaries to employees. First of all, it is necessary to build a wage system in the company as competently as possible. The system should be as clear as possible for each employee, because it is through it that he sees the relationship between productivity, as well as the quality of work and the amount of wages. Depending on what the wages will be, the standard of living of citizens depends, and this is an extremely important factor in the development of the state as a whole. When wages are reduced, expenses in all areas are reduced, and this also leads to an increase in unemployment.

    The article examines such features peculiar to children with cerebral-organic ZPR, as a decrease in mental tone, insufficient analytical observation, difficulties in updating existing knowledge. The results of the implementation of the technique "What is missing in these drawings?" in the version of R.S. Nemov are described. The presented results are summarized on the basis of the maximum and minimum quantitative difference between the indicators of normally developing children and children with ASD. The results of this technique make it possible to differentiate 5-6-year-old children with cerebral-organic SPD into groups. This technique can also be successfully used by parents.

    В статье проводится анализ инновационных идей педагогов-практиков, которые используют в своей работе различные способы для повышения эффективности профориентационной работы в школе. Для анализа были выбраны пять статей по степени цитируемости с сайта eLIBRARY.ru за 2023–2024 гг., в которых говорилось о применении инновационных практик на уроках со старшими подростками, о достигнутых результатах или о возможных результатах. Проведенная авторами аналитика показала, что в основе успешного самоопределения старших школьников стоит единой подход к профориентации и межпредметная интеграция. Полученные результаты в ходе могут послужить отправной точкой для исследовательских работ по данному направлению.
