    В статье подчёркивается важность соблюдения мер безопасности при занятиях гребным и парусным спортом. Представлены основные правила безопасности на воде и приведены рекомендации для студентов. Указаны ключевые моменты, которые необходимо учитывать, как при гребле, так и при занятиях парусным спортом. Подчёркнута роль инструктажа перед тренировками и знание правил поведения на воде. Работа призывает к тщательной подготовке, знанию правил и внимательности для снижения рисков и получения удовольствия от занятий спортом.

The article examines the history of the emergence and development of underwater sports, describes the main directions and their features, and introduces the reader to the necessary technical equipment used in the sport. The authors pay special attention to safety issues and environmental ethics in underwater sports.
