    Abstract:
    This chapter is devoted to the theoretical and practical aspects of early professional diagnosis and orientation of students with disabilities at the basic general education level, aimed at mastering engineering and technical specialties. The article considers the specifics of the psychophysical characteristics of this category of students, which determines their professional capabilities in technical fields, as well as the factors of professional self-determination. The substantial characteristics of the career guidance minimum for students with disabilities and disabilities at the basic, basic and advanced levels of complexity are highlighted. The algorithms of career guidance support for students with hearing, vision, speech, musculoskeletal disorders, ASD and ASD are described, including adapted procedures for conducting and implementing the content of career guidance diagnostics.

    Abstract:
    В статье рассматривается актуальная роль дисциплины «Биология с основами экологии» в системе подготовки современных агроинженеров. Обосновывается необходимость формирования у будущих специалистов не только технической грамотности, но и глубокого понимания биологических закономерностей и экологических принципов в условиях усиливающейся интеграции технологических процессов с живыми системами. Целью освоения дисциплины является формирование системы компетенций, включающей концептуальные знания о жизни, системное понимание экологических взаимодействий и критическое осмысление последствий агроинженерной деятельности. Дисциплина служит естественнонаучным фундаментом для изучения специальных курсов и закладывает основы экологического мировоззрения и культуры. В работе анализируется содержание курса, его вклад в формирование общепрофессиональных компетенций (ОПК-1, ОПК-2), а также рассматриваются применяемые интерактивные методы обучения, такие как лекции-визуализации и проблемно-ориентированные практические занятия, направленные на развитие системного мышления и ответственного отношения к природным ресурсам. Делается вывод о том, что эффективное освоение данной дисциплины способствует подготовке конкурентоспособного, экологически грамотного инженера, способного решать комплексные задачи на стыке техники, биологии и экологии в контексте устойчивого развития агропромышленного комплекса.

    В статье исследуются актуальные вопросы проведения кадастровых работ по образованию земельных участков из земель, находящихся в государственной и муниципальной собственности. Рассматривается сложный комплекс правовых, организационных и технологических аспектов, сопровождающих данный процесс. Анализируются основные нормативно-правовые акты Российской Федерации, регулирующие формирование таких земельных участков, а также выявляются специфические особенности, связанные с их статусом. Особое внимание уделяется роли кадастрового инженера, используемым технологиям и информационным системам. В работе обозначены ключевые проблемы, возникающие на различных этапах кадастровых работ, и предложены возможные пути их решения для повышения эффективности и прозрачности процедур образования земельных участков из публичных земель.

    Abstract:
    В статье на фоне повсеместного распространения генеративных языковых моделей, меняющих образовательный ландшафт в информатике, представлено исследование, посвящённое разработке и обоснованию концепции и модели ИИ-устойчивых учебных заданий. Модель нацелена на минимизацию получения готовых решений от нейросетей путём смещения фокуса с рутинного кодирования на вычислительное мышление высокого порядка. Это достигается через задания, требующие глубокого анализа неполных условий, многоуровневого проектирования архитектуры, критической оценки и рефакторинга сгенерированного кода, а также каузального объяснения и верификации решений. Конечная цель – развитие у обучающихся ключевых компетенций анализа, синтеза, оценки и формирование навыка промпт-инженерии как части цифровой компетенции.

    The publication was prepared as part of the state assignment of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation No. 073-00056-25-00 for implementation in 2025 scientific and research work on the topic «Methodological system for the training of physics teachers with engineering thinking», aimed at building a system of conditions and mechanisms for the training of pedagogical cadres in the direction of 44.03.05 «Pedagogical Education» with two training profiles: mathematics and physics, physics and mathematics based on a multi-track model of the main professional educational program for achieving national goals of development and education of a new generation of School teachers of the 21st century. The material presented in the publication highlights the fundamental organizational and managerial conditions and mechanisms of the transformation process of the university of pedagogical profile.

    Abstract:
    The purpose of the study is to develop a structural and functional model for training young highly qualified specialists with the necessary knowledge, competencies and practical experience in the area of activity of the enterprise (organization). The theoretical and methodological basis of the study is made up of empirical (expert assessments, study of teaching experience, experiment) and theoretical (system analysis, historical analogy, categorical analysis, comparison, generalization, decision making) methods. Also, when summarizing the research results, the method of statistical indicators was used, as well as methods of visual presentation of information. As a result of the study, analyzed literary sources and reviews of domestic and foreign authors on the formation and functioning of basic departments at enterprises. Based on the analysis, as well as in the interests of implementing the strategic goals of the basic department, the author proposed a three-level structural and functional model for training highly qualified specialists in the «school-university-enterprise» system.

    Abstract:
    The article describes an educational project aimed at increasing student engagement and consolidating educational material through the practical use of secondary resources. The author describes the experience of creating thematic dioramas as a means of visual representation of the studied sections of the program. Special emphasis is placed on the possibility of children with disabilities participating in the project, which made it possible to implement an inclusive approach to learning. The project was implemented as part of optional classes on the Sverdlovsk Children's Railway for five months. The participants used recycled materials such as cardboard boxes, old brushes, wires, book covers, etc. – as well as elements of modern technologies, including 3D printing. The work contributed to the development of creative, engineering and environmental thinking, communication skills and teamwork. The results showed the effectiveness of the method: children were actively involved in the learning process, showed independence and initiative, and also increased the level of understanding of the educational material. The project confirmed the potential of using accessible materials and inclusive practices to form sustainable knowledge and value orientations among students.

    The article presents the development and substantiation of a pedagogical model of the educational environment that ensures the formation of prerequisites for engineering thinking of older preschoolers. The main research methods are the analysis of scientific sources on the stated problem, generalization of pedagogical experience, pedagogical modeling. The result of the study was the clarification of the concept of "prerequisites for engineering thinking of an older preschooler", on the basis of which a pedagogical model for the formation of prerequisites for engineering thinking in older preschoolers was substantiated and developed. The theoretical significance consists in clarifying and supplementing the concept of "prerequisites for engineering thinking" of an older preschooler. The practical significance lies in the development of the author's model of the educational environment, which is described by the following components: value-oriented, content-technological and performance-evaluative. The components of the concept "prerequisites for engineering thinking of an older preschooler" allowed us to define a system of organizational and pedagogical conditions that model the educational environment for the development of prerequisites for engineering thinking in older preschoolers. This model can be used depending on the internal and external conditions in which the preschool carries out educational activities.

    The proposed chapter examines the possibilities of using project activities based on digital technologies to increase motivation and practice-oriented approach in the process of learning a foreign language by students of the Master’s degree program 22.04.01 Materials Science and Technology studying at the Advanced Engineering School (AES) of Microwave Electronics, created on the basis of MIREA – Russian Technological University. The study was conducted based on the analysis of scientific and methodological literature and the generalization of methods related to the organization of students’ project activities in the process of professional foreign language training, as well as teaching foreign languages at the university using digital tools. The results consist in studying the experience of using these technologies in educational practice and describing the forms of working with them.

    The chapter is devoted to digital innovations and technologies that open up wide opportunities for agricultural production: management and monitoring of facilities in remote areas, herd management, monitoring of basic vital signs of animals, monitoring the accuracy of fertilizer application, forecasting adverse natural phenomena, maintaining distributed databases on land purchase and lease transactions, and others relevant directions. Industry 4.0 involves the active use of the latest digital technologies, tools and services in the daily activities of a modern agricultural engineer, agronomist, animal technician, veterinarian and other industry specialists. The author consider the process of active digital transformation of the agro-industrial complex industry as an inevitable way of forming a digital footprint, which can have a negative impact on the formation of the carbon footprint and the environment as a whole. Direct and indirect ways to minimize the carbon footprint by reducing the digital footprint in agricultural production are described. In conclusion, the conclusions are formulated that digital technologies contribute to improving the efficiency of modern digital agricultural production: presentation of information in various forms, automation of calculations, analysis of large amounts of data, decision support, etc. Limitations are also highlighted: uneven wireless coverage in agriculture, difficulties in maintenance and repair of robots and unmanned aerial vehicles, cybersecurity, lack of a legal framework, and a low level of digital culture.
