    Abstract:
    This article presents the statistics of the development of Chuvash Republic’s educational system, describes the modern state of general (preschool, school) education. The article also describes current problems of educational system on different levels and lists possible solutions of those problems. Main attention is given to the fact that balanced development of regional systems of education is a key factor of forming unified educational system in Russian Federation. Author gives his own point of view on the creation of conditions for preservation and development of Russian people’s native languages. Special attention was given to the problems of development of system of the continuous education of teachers.

    Abstract:
    The process of formation and institutionalization of such a financial instrument as an offshore is discussed in this paper. The author analyzes offshore business and offshore companies, the process of integrating offshore business into the Russian economy. Such approach permits to investigate the introduction of the offshore, so called the implantation in the Russian economy adjusted for the economic, political, legal realities turned out in the Russian economy in the 90-th. In connection with this the special importance plays the investigation of the influence made by arising political and institutional market on implantation of the offshore into Russian economy.

    There are examined professionally-public accreditation of educational programs and direction to identify the features and strengths of programs, the specificity of their implementation, which in consequence will have a positive impact on the quality of training of future specialists. The relevance of the topic to present the new paradigm in the relationships between educational institutions and employers. Employers ' requests for training of specialists due to the ever-increasing demands of the market. In modern conditions the labour market permanently updates its requirements to the quality of graduates of educational institutions. The challenges posed by employer to educational institutions, lies in the fact that the future specialist must be suitable not only on educational performance but also on psychological, individual, management and most importantly on professional qualities, are widely demanded at the present stage.

    Abstract:
    The problem of the research is the identification of the weak and strengths of the innovative activity of the DIY segment (Do It Yourself). The object of the study is OP "Leroy Merlin Shopping Center" (Testers), OOO "LMV" (St.Petersburg, Ispitateley, 5). Theoretical and empirical research methods (PEST-analysis, SWOT-analysis, quantitative assessment of indicators, etc.) are used in the article. The strengths of innovative activity are revealed: price, assortment and management policy. Weaknesses: insufficient development of presentation tools and lack of innovative sales channels. The results of the analysis form the basis for developing a strategy for strengthening the innovation strategy of the trading enterprise.
