    Abstract:
    The article examines the dual aspects of the influence of artificial intelligence (AI) and neural networks on human psychological security. On the one hand, AI technologies can serve as a powerful tool for improving mental health by offering personalized solutions and support in crisis situations. On the other hand, their use is also associated with risks such as loss of privacy, manipulation of consciousness and dependence on technology. The influence of algorithms on the formation of public opinion and the emotional state of users is analyzed, as well as the ethical and legal aspects of the introduction of AI in areas related to mental health are considered. Using Tao Dandan, the custodian of birch bark craftsmanship listed on Heilongjiang Province's intangible cultural heritage, as a case study, this paper delves into the aesthetic, heritage, and innovative dimensions of her works. It illustrates how emerging ethnic minority inheritors of intangible cultural heritage, exemplified by Tao Dandan, employ comparative art methodologies in their creative practices. Additionally, it explores their approaches and reflections on borrowing and innovating birch bark techniques from diverse cultural contexts.

    The chapter discusses the managerial aspects of the development of new technologies at enterprises of the Russian defense industry in the digital economy. The relevance of the study is determined by several circumstances. Firstly, it is the market of anti-UAVs that has been studied to a lesser extent than the UAVs themselves. Drones, both as a military solution and as civil technologies, are currently in the focus of attention of the scientific and professional community. At the same time, systems aimed at countering UAVs do not receive due attention. Secondly, for military-technical cooperation of the Russian Federation, the market of anti-UAVS is of great interest: since UAVs themselves are being adopted almost everywhere, it can be expected that in the near future the market will require appropriate solutions aimed at countering these systems.     Upbringing is the basis of educational environment. During the modern information age upbringing as a social phenomenon stands as one of the essential sides of geopolitics, it forms the core of cultural and spiritual tradition and practice of education. Upbringing is as a rule the foundation for the creative attitude to the systems of life-affirmative values, yet it can become a tool for the reframing these systems into something else, sometimes absolutely alien to the spirit and nature of a human, his social and biological essence. Upbringing is much more than adaptive socialization; it is the social and cultural tool for keeping or rebuilding society and social relations. They feed up heroes, defenders, creators but the others feed up cowards, destroyers and parasites. Our world has entered the times of irreversible global changes with non-defined historical perspectives. Author of this book connects the problem schedule of modern education within the context of deep, truly revolution changes in human attitudes to the possibilities and spheres of adaptation of high technology to the high humanitarian strategies and ideas about human anthropology. He also connects these ideas and strategies with the geopolitical crisis of the modern world, global problems and global order where Russia has to not only self-define in the foremost 20-40 years, but also adopt leadership functions to elaborate a new spiritual vision of the moral world order.     Tourism is one of the most important sectors of the economy. The basis of the territorial planning structure of tourism is formed by the tourist and recreational support frame, which ensures the integrity of the tourist space. Its development is of great importance for the socio-economic sphere of the regions. The purpose of this study is to conduct a retrospective analysis of the stages of development of theoretical and methodological geographical research on the dynamics of territorial tourist and recreational systems (TRS) and their spatiotemporal development process. The concepts and essence of the evolution and dynamism of TRS, as a process of gradual irreversible changes affecting their sustainable functioning, providing the evolutionary prerequisites for the development of the system, were considered; it was determined that the basic concept for research is «recreational system». The theory of development of territorial recreational systems as a subject of scientific research of recreational geography and one of the main forms of organizing recreation and tourism is substantiated. The proposed scheme of the tourist and recreational framework of the region based on the economic and environmental frameworks allows us to form an understanding of the full functioning of the entire tourist and recreational sector for subsequent effective management in the face of modern challenges. Research methods. The methodological basis of the study was the works of both domestic and foreign scientists who formed a new scientific direction – recreational geography. The research was based on approaches and views about the key factors and processes influencing the formation and existence of two types (subject- and object-centered) models of recreational systems that are capable of preserving the integrity of the system and strengthening its structure. Results. The recreational-geographical periods of the evolutionary development of territorial-recreational systems in the development of recreational space are analyzed, the methodology and theory of geographical research are determined, and the dynamics of tourist-recreational systems in their spatio-temporal process of development are considered. A system of concepts of this scientific direction has been formed, based on the anthropocentric nature of recreation and tourism systems. A cluster approach has been developed as a promising way to create new tourist and recreational structures with innovative directions in designated ecological and economic zones of a tourist and recreational type. Conclusions. The recreational-geographical stage of the evolutionary development of the functional structure of the tourist-recreational system in the development of recreational space is associated with the emergence of recreational geography and the beginning of the formation of a new scientific direction that studies recreational resources, the structure and features of the functioning of territorial recreational systems (TRS), recreational territories and their properties. The use of breakthrough innovative technologies in the tourism and recreational sector, attracting investment and improving the tax system of organizations engaged in the innovative tourism sector, radically change the functional and territorial structure of tourism and recreational systems, increasing the efficiency of interaction between Russian and foreign tourism enterprises and educational cluster centers for the purpose of exchange modern technologies, training in the tourism industry.

Now everything has changed. Industrial enterprises introduced the technology concept of a «digital twin», a computer image corresponding to a specific physical product.     The chapter describes the problems of teaching propaedeutics of childhood diseases, which were discussed at the third All-Russian conference «Knowledge of propaedeutics is the basis of clinical thinking of a pediatrician." The characteristics of modern textbooks on this discipline, published in Russia in the last 15 years, are given, their advantages and disadvantages are described. The educational and methodological manuals and workshops published in SPbGPMU on separate sections of the program at the Department of Propaedeutics of Children's Diseases are described. Discussions are presented on the methodology of teaching practical skills, innovations in teaching and traditional work at the bedside, methods for assessing the physical development of children and childhood nutrition. It is emphasized that the formation of a student's motivation for learning largely depends on the personality of the teacher, his human qualities, charisma, competence and empathy.

    Currently, considerable attention is paid to the role of the substantive-spatial environment in the functioning of educational institutions, from preschool institutions to higher educational institutions. The aim of the exploratory study was to examine teachers' perceptions of the substantive-spatial environment of secondary school. The study was conducted by online polling in Google form using a pilot questionnaire that included questions-statements regarding various aspects of the school's substantive-spatial environment. The respondents were 39 school teachers (33 women and 6 men). When processing the results, φ*-criterium of the Fisher angular transformation was used. The results of the study showed that the teachers showed the greatest unanimity, characterizing in general their positive attitude towards design innovations at school, and equally unanimously they did not agree that the substantive-spatial environment of the school was indifferent to them; it was shown that about two-thirds of the surveyed teachers showed interest in improving various aspects of the substantive-spatial environment of the school, which made it possible to identify their preferences in the design of the school interior (living plants, places for quiet rest, color scheme, etc.); it was noted, although less common, but also found in teachers, resistance to design innovations in the school substantive-spatial environment, varying from neutral to conservative.

    Abstract:
    To build an integral innovation ecosystem that allows organize the building up of innovative potential, effective use and increase the competitiveness of Russia in a dynamically changing market environment it’s necessary to require a systemic transformation of all spheres of human activity. The paper analyzes different variations of conditions that determine the formation of an innovative economy and an increase in the country's rating at the global level. The main factors that have the maximum impact on the innovation activity resulting indicators are investigated. Innovative development forecast models are constructed depending on the changes intensity in factors that are sensitive to variations in global trends. The need for a systemic restructuring of the traditional economic structure is argued. Scientific and practical recommendations are proposed for increasing innovative activity and increasing the digital culture of Russian economic entities taking into account the existing opportunities and potential of world leadership.
