    Abstract:
    This article examines the strategic aspects of establishing a full-cycle production of carbon paste and devices based on it in the Russian Federation. It presents the results of developing a domestic technology that enables the production of carbon materials with a wide range of resistivities, surpassing the best global counterparts. It demonstrates that the project's implementation reduces dependence on imports in the electronics, medicine, energy, and defense industries, stimulates the development of the scientific and technical base, and creates the preconditions for achieving technological sovereignty.
